Hello everyone...
About 30 years or so Tessie Taylor came out, born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
My dad was in the Military and we moved to Germany. During that time, I went to school there for over 5 years then moved to Little Rock, Arkansas where I attended school. My father passed away in 1977 he was in the Army. Me and a few friends went to the Military Station there in Little Rock where some passed the test in the Airforce and me and other two Passed the Marine Tests. Went in took the oath then got out under Honorable Discharge under medical. In 2002, I moved to Wichita, Kansas. Fritz Capone asked me to run for the Title of Miss Kansas Gay Rodeo for 2002 and I told her I would. After i did an auction against another person, I achieved the title of Miss KGRA 2002. My mom and sister moved back to Oklahoma City and I moved back after my reign where I joined OGRA.
In 2004 I ran for the Title of Miss OGRA 2004 where I achieved Miss OGRA 1st runner up. After this, I got a job as a Hotel Manager. After this, the hotel was bought and we were let go so the week after I went to the Greyhound bus terminal and got a clerk job. I was there for 3 years when it got bought out to make a parking space. I then meet a lady where she was looking for help in the carnival business so I went to work for her doing ticket boxes 10 years on the road.
After the carnival/fairs, I took on driving a semi for a while and when I was home on break, I joined GPRA (Great Plains Rodeo Association) where I ran for Miss GPRA 2022 and was Crowned in December during a Benefit show. As Miss Great Plains Rodeo Association Royalty 2022, I have participated in shows and raised money for the Imperial Court of all Oklahoma and GPRA and participated in fundraising for DSRA and AGRA and GPRA Rodeos. In closing, I look forward to what experience that will come my way and continued involvement and learning more with the International Gay Rodeo Association.
