Jeorge Sanchez

(Missy LeFebvre)

Jorge Sanchez was born in South St Paul Minnesota on January 6, 1977. As a child he was a shameless band nerd and enjoyed music and marching band. He was blessed with a very supportive family with his Mom being his biggest fan. His mom proudly displays this pin every time she supports Jorge in his entertainment endeavors. He got involved in drag at the age of 23 and he fell in love with the art form. From show directing to entertaining to giving back to community charities, he was hooked.

His first title was MsTer Capital City Pride in Iowa and from there his love of helping others became a deeply ingrained priority. He has since decided to only do shows that donate to charities and members of the community.

He found out about North Star Gay Rodeo Association at their rodeo two years ago and immediately fell in love with the closeness of the rodeo family. He decided he had found his place and started the road to IGRA when he decided to jump in with both feet and run for MsTer North Star Gay Rodeo Association. He works tirelessly for those he loves and cares about as much as he does for the strangers that benefit from his hard work. He volunteered on the arena crew and is always the first to jump in the dirt and help in any way he can.

He would like to thank the community for always showing up with one dollar at a time to support the rodeo, to the sponsors, volunteers and spectators for keeping rodeo on the map and to the contestants who are so willing to teach a guy new things and broaden his horizons. He looks forward to the upcoming season, making new memories, new friends and a bigger impact on the charities he so tirelessly supports. Lutefisk for EVERYBODY, NOT THE BABIES, LETS RODEO!
