1. After you have retrieved your baggage go to the center of the baggage claim concourse and look for signage for Level ZERO.
2. Take escalator or elevator down one level to ZERO.
3. Exit through the glass doors and cross the first drive.
4. Look for a white van with River City Shuttle in blue letters
5. Returning shuttles will unload IGRA passengers at this same location.
